Easy question? Hardly
I've got to go with MJ. I feel lucky to have been able to follow his career from start to finish. Obviously Kobe and LeBron are amazing players but I just feel that Jordan was a small step above. His on court confidence and ability to control every aspect of the game still amazes me. While LeBron definitely has more power with his dunks, I don't think anyone will ever be as graceful and have the ability to make it look so effortless as Jordan did. Not a slouch on defense either.
Have to afree with MJ. There is and will only ever be one airman. One of the most respected players in history, and a darn fine person in general from all Ive read and seen. Labron has a long way to go to earn what jordan has. One day he may get there on the court but as for off the court his attitude and antic will hurt more than help him.
I agree with the attitude part. I remember Charles Barkley and MJ on Oprah talking about the differences in players now vs. when the two of them were playing. Barkley summed it up nicely. He thinks money has a lot to do with it. Now adays players get payed based on potential. The rookies have sick contracts before they even step foot on an NBA court. Back in Barkley and MJ's days the players didn't start to see the big paychecks until they have proven themselves worthy. I'm not saying that LeBron and Kobe aren't worthy, but there are plenty of guys in the NBA that are millionaires and have yet to prove they deserve what they get.
That is the worst question I've ever heard. Michael Jordan is and probably will be the greatest basketball player that ever played the game.
u know im sorry but u cant categorize kobe and LBJ with MJ. maybe when they retire and get 6 rings then we can talk. dude if u think about it mj revolutionized the game as we know it. the funny thing is that they looked up to jordan to get to here they r now. u know everyone wants to make a comparison that just cant b made. MJ is in a class with wilt, kareem, and bill russell. now thats a tough act to follow. i would say if anyone is near MJ it would be Shaq. he has 4 rings and won everywhere he went. well this is just my 2 cents.
Looks like most of us are big MJ fans. I would be interested to hear from people that think LeBron or Kobe is better and why they think so but I don't know if there is anyone out there that believes it, lol.
u can only compare them u cant say they are on MJs level.
