I played the 500 free promotion at mummysgold casino.I won 170 Ispoke to costumer service they said if I deposited 25 I could redeem the 170 that I won. note: couldnt collect money untill 5000 of the bonus money was bet. after I deposited the 25 dollars and continued playing blackjack , I lost every hand untill all money was gone. :evil:

A run of bad luck is hardly a reason to put a casino into the 'Bad Casino's' section. When you say you lost every hand what bet was you making? From what you said you had $195 to play with. Thats a lot of hands if you are betting a sensible amount, 39 hands at $5, which i would be amazed if you lost that many in a row. even at $10 a go that is 19 hands which again i would be hard pressed to believe that many hands in a row could be lost.

I must agree with Edshez - Although it is unfortunate that you did not win, losing is not an acceptable reason to label a casino "bad." If you feel you had extreme or irregular issues I would be more than happy to contact them and have them look up your playing history.
