Many times that a site has issues they will lie to the players, make it easier cause if not their chat and email boxes would get crowded and that would back them up more, I dont see this as such a bad thing.
Hmm, that's interesting, still don't think they should lie though.
What if....pokerstars discovered that they can no longer take any credit card depos at all, you think they would tell the players right away? PANIC would come, many sites prefer to "hide" small things before creating a chaos that wont be able to get handled by the support staff...Quote:
