That would depend on how you define "responsible."
Dabber, this is my view.It's ND's "site' we members are guests here,everything we do here is made possible by ND,we do contibute to the site, but in my view it's his site and he can do as he wishes.
To me it is like a party being held in ND's living room and we are the guests having a good time.
