Windows
I finally had enough for the playthrough requirements on those $5 freebies so I tried cashing out $50 (the max if I had deposited). I received an email a week later saying I was denied since I hadn't deposited (no shock there) and that the most I could get was $10. I re-applied for the cash out at $10 and waited another week.
I got an email saying I wasn't able to withdraw anything because I was not a depositing player. I emailed them back to ask why this sudden change of policy and never heard back. I waited a few days and emailed again to ask why. Still haven't heard. So I'm not sure what the deal is, but I thought "No Deposit Bonus" meant "No Deposit Bonus"!

Hi there,
I had the same thing happen with windows.....waited a week to receive and email stating "your withdrawal has been denied and your money safely returned to your account"
I did receive a follow up email stating that If you want to withdraw by neteller you have to have deposited by neteller in the past.
So.....I agree...bit of a strange "No deposit offer"

I'll be sure to look into this when I get back into town - If I can't help you individually - at least I'll be able to get to the bottom of the terms for the weekend/weekly bonuses.

Ok, so I got another response from them... now this is what they say!
I am truly sorry you got a wrong number in that previous email. The
minimum withdrawal amount is $15 in every withdrawal method. Please
accept my apologies.
I wrote back and asked how I was supposed to withdraw only $10 if the minimum was $15. I also logged in and attempted another withdrawal. Now the minimum is set at $16. So, I attempted to withdraw $16! I think they are trying to avoid letting people cash out!

Windows is in the Casinomeisters rogue list along with their affiliates hampton, portofino, magic gold, gold key etc. They all have the same policies on freechips and there's been a lot of complaints and problems with these casinos. Play at your own risk....
