Lucky Nugget & Jackpot Casino!!

I always found the Belle Rocke Gaming group to be a good one but not recently...
First, I received an e-mail with a gift of $10 no deposit for being a depositor at their casino, when I tried to claim they told me there was no such "gift". I tried forwarding them the e-mail but they said they were unable to read it. It came from somone at Jackpot City so I know it wasn't from another casino site. Anyway, after calling them over and over, they finally told me it was a promotion from 11/04. Thing was though, it had all the new games in the e-mail for me to try with my "gift". I told them it wasn't worth the hassle for $10. Whatta bunch of tightwads!!

Second, last night I deposited $50 into Lucky Nugget for their buy $50 get $200 free promo. I submitted my claim but no bonus. I contacted some arrogant guy via live chat who said I wasn't elligible because I claimed a $10 no deposit bonus in August. I told him I'd never deposit there again and he said basically "oh well, anything I can help you with?".

I used to like the microgaming casinos but lately I think I'll stick to the RTG casinos. Not this many problems... and their not sticklers for a measley $10, they would, more than likely give me the $10 if a problem arose.

So deposititors beware of the promotions running for some of these microgaming casinos... there are some out there that won't give you the deposit bonus if you've claimed a no deposit bonus.

Too bad to hear you've got this crap from the bellerock gaming group. There are nearly a hundred different microgaming casinos. And atleast 20-30 different group of companies operating them. With almost all of the microgaming casinos you won't have to sweat the payout, i don't think this is the case with all the rtg joints. Don't get me wrong i like the rtg software and breakaway casino is one of my favorites. I've just always liked microgaming software more and my experience has been great with the support and and fast cashouts with the ones i've tried.

thanks juuso, i should eat my words... here i am playing at another microgaming casino, all jackpots casino. they had a promo of buy $50 get $200. heard anything about them? are they good? guess i should've asked these questions before i deposited :)

i agree about the rtg casinos, the playthrough can be tremendous... by the way, cool cat has a 200% bonus currently, no playthrough!! only 5x max cashout though on the new slots.

All Jackpots should be good. Ecogra seal in the bottom of the homepage is a good sign.

I think what makes microgaming generally safer is that it takes very seriously the reputation and quality of the organizations it licenses its software to. I think they mostly license to casinos operating either in Kahnawake or UK (including Gibraltar) they all have very good regulatory authorities.

About the payout, i was mainly referring to getting your cashout as some of the casinos using rtg are crooked. Prism, hampton, windows to name a few. RTG is a nice software. I have to dig the breakaway as i won $50 with their nodeposit bonus, deposited $20 back. Turned 20+20(bonus) into $915 with videopoker and blackjack and mandatory slots to kill the playthrough. Support was very nice and money was in neteller in less than 32h.

alljackpots is excellent i know because i have won ans cashed out at this casino with no problems they only ask for your id which most do unless you have neteller. i have had very good luck here this is only the second casino i have had the pleasure of cashing out at. so im sure by now you know how this casino is. good luck
