thats not very many is it, do you still play there?
must not have many of our members using this site either.
I haven't played at Absolute in quite a while now.
I did play there, and I got my cashout(a sizable one for a college student) just fine via check. However, I have not played there since the scandal and won't again because of it.

Short version, some players had access to "super user" accounts that could see all the hole cards. They say that that code is removed but I'm not sure that I believe them.
Hmm interesting, will check out the article, but that is scary to think about!!
is that why they gave me 10 bucks like 3 times??
I can't find a record on accounts history, so.. I lost it in BLACKJACK quick anyways.
well maybe they'll give me some more, and I will win!!
I'm sure it's very common, and not just on Absolute. Cheating, that is.
I ain't sure its ok to play anywhere, so easy to rip people off.
I posted about this on Bailyen's post complaining about AP/UB not sending him a cap...
What my point is though, it happened ONCE and there was the so called "scandal" and yeah they "were" paying back the account holders who got screwed by the cheaters but WAIT A MOMENT...
LESS THAN 1 YEAR LATER IT ALL HAPPENED AGAIN, MY ADVICE AGAIN, DO NOT TRUST THAT SITE DONT PLAY THERE THERE'S QUITE A LOT OF GOOD SITES, LET AP/UB ROTTEN IN HELL :)
All poker sites are rip offs. to prove my point here it goes. I got 20 dollars the other day from here and i played a sit&go game i won. Now a couple of hours later i played another one. guess what i was the first one out. So a couple of hours later i tryed another one guess what i was the second one out. had pocket A's flop A K Q. AND LOSTED TO A ST8. So i played in another one and lost their too. Now out of the 20 dollars i have 4 cents left. So the sites let you win one then they take the money back. So all poker sites are rip offs. SO THIS RANDOM GENARATED **** IS A BUNCH OF BULL ****. THATS MY OPINON!!!!!!!!!HAVE A NICE DAY NOW
Come on don't give up. It happens to all of us. How about the people you beat when you won the $20. Do you think the casino chose you to win that one then tracked you out of the thousands to make sure you got bad beat til you lost. It just doesn't make sense to think that way. Just enjoy the fact that you won 1 of 4, which is great odds for a poker tourney!:D
i just want to say that dallas has a point cause you must remember that we qre playing on a computer with a computer and computers are programmed what to do. thats what i just want to say and it makes me think???????????
I just don't know any more.I will keep playing, I do see real people that win, but alot more that lose.I started a poll , the results are varied.I will keep an open mind, however I do feel like I can see alot hands coming now.
You are definitely entitled to your own opinion, but I think it is ridiculous!
So many people these days keep blaming the site, adn they also think the same way as you, that once you deposit you lose, or they let you win then take it all back etc etc. It just isn't realistic, and it is a little ridiculous, come on. People online do get screwed alot, and aces lose a lot, and I have never seen so many 4 card flushes on the board when I have a great hand and lose to someone with one spade, but doesn't mean the site is making me lose, or that it is rigged. There is a lot of bad players out there, look how many people play poker online these days, it's bound to happen, and yeah maybe more to someone than another, just the way it goes sometimes. Also, people play a certan way , and then they start losing, and tilting, then they start playing like an ***, I have done it before. All I am trying to say is, play your cards, don't risk all your chips if it isn't a sure thing, I mean I have folded AA preflop before, and a lot of times it was a good fold, people raising and reraisin, your odds go down the more people that are in, and AA isn't always so great. Ok that's enough for now, lata
