I have uninstalled most of my poker sites awaiting new sites that are USA friendly.

Any suggestions and easy cashout options?

I think you will have to wait a while ,majority in the igaming industry feel all poker rooms will leave then online poker in USA will get regulated 12-18 months after that time.I am going to a conference in Las Vegas next month and apparently some of this will be discussed.Any persons of authority I have spoken to seems to feel USA wants Player info so brace yourself for years of income tax audits .
