Input (NOT A BONUS)

Hey everyone, (Lots to read)
Once again I am using this section of the forum for some input since it is the most frequently used part of the forum.
I got to thinking today about "no deposit" bonuses and had an idea.
Obviously many casinos offer these bonuses or the NoDepositNeeded site wouldn't exist. However they cause a lot of problems for the casinos and players. Many players create multiple accounts just to redeem these free bonuses, which leads to hassles for the casinos trying to prevent fraud. It also lowers the chance of the player ever cashing out from a free bonus if they do indeed create multiple accounts, redeem too many free bonuses, etc...
My thought was what if a casino offered an unlimited number of "no deposit" bonuses to every player. The catch would be, for each free bonus the player redeems, the playthrough on this bonus would go up. Say you redeem the first one for $5 and it has a 20x playthrough bonus. You lose the money so you redeem another $5 one, this time with a 30X playthrough bonus, you redeem another one for $5 with a playthrough of 40x etc....
However, if you make a deposit after redeeming any number of free bonuses, the playthrough for your next "no deposit" bonus will be set back to the minimum playthrough of 20x (or whatever # the casino decides the minimum would be).
Would anyone be interested in this? Would you eventually deposit to get the playthrough on the free chips set back to the minimum?
I have to believe that a large majority of us either 1. currently deposit to casinos online, or 2. have the intention of depositing to casinos online.
So why not get the best of it? If a person is out of money at the moment they can try to win some with unlimited free chips, and when they have some money to gamble with they can deposit, and should they lose they can redeem more free chips with the minimum playthrough.
Any comments or opinions on this?

I think that abusers will still open new accounts for having minimum wager req :lol: Or just rendeming 3-4 times and then open new one - still never deposit

the only problem i see w/ that is the20%- 30%of the players would never deposit and have a endless supply free chips witch is like almost combining real and play money together and as a depositing player i wouldnt want that.plus dont you alway seem to hit the jack pot on a free chip with a 30$ max cash out go figure but onthe other hand more free chips GOOD!!!!!!

I love that idea! Up the playthrough requirements by 10x each time until a deposit is made. Brilliant!

Two points I want to bring up – these happen already, but wanted to just mention them...

1. You can't deposit while you are playing with free money. I learned that the hard way. I had used a free chip, gotten my winnings up to $500 and didn't want to dip into that, but wanted to play with $20 more ... and they took all my money away except for my $20.

2. Similarly, if you deposit money, you can't request a free chip.

The casinos would be smart to implement your idea because they would get more deposits from people wanting to get their playthrough requirements lowered. I'm not sure the casinos would go for "unlimited" free chips but perhaps for redeeming a coupon 5 times (20x the first time, 30x the next, etc.).

Thanks for your input. I agree with you to some extent and for that matter there will always be "bonus abusers."
However I think this system would to minimize the abuse.
First, How many of us do/have/will make a deposit to a casino?
Second, How many of us will NEVER make a deposit to a casino?
(Please answer that if you read this)

I still believe the majority either do/have/will make a deposit to a casino.

With that said, I think it would be great if there was a casino that was more accepting of players using free bonuses. From the casinos stand point, it would generate a HUGE amount of traffic and I think they would be able to convert a lot of "free players" to "real players" over time. From the player stand point we would become more loyal to them, appreciate them offering the system, and eventually make a deposit here and there (just my opinion).

I'd like to keep this thread going and hear some more feedback. Please post anything you have to say about it (positive or negative).

I am a little confused on where you get the "combinging free chips and real money" part... Please let me know if I missed something.

There would obviously be limits, such as max cashouts, etc... but I think the appeal that you have the opportunity to win (even if a limited amount) without being labeled a "bonus abuser" and worrying about getting winnings would bring a lot of players in and keep them playing.

I would assume with the system (whether there be a cap on the amount of free chips between deposits or not) would work for both the player.
With the increased playthrough it would become harder to reach and thus cashout, but you would still have the chance. And for a small deposit you would be able to set the playthrough back to the minimum for your next free chip....

Keep the ideas coming! Not sure if this could ever go anywhere but I like the idea anyways!

what i meant by that combining real money play and play money is the people who abuse the cupons w/ multible accts will probabley never deposit . So if there is a place they will get unlimited free chips its a sure bet they all find the way there !! so now they are playing on a real money account just like the people who depositing real money and seeing how all this casino software is based on percentages the one who is abusing the bonus hits a jackpot!!!well then my percentages go down right they know their not cashing out because they have 5 accts going so there playing with what amounts to play money so they find a place that will give them easy ulimited free chips most still will never deposit for whatever reason(uderage --no money ) this just makes it easy for them dont get me wrong i am only talking about the people who abuse free chips i do think it lowers our chances of winning You are right it will get a lot of people to deposit and create lots of traffic you would draw (good for the casino)but just as many people will abuse the system witch lowers my percentage of winning (also good for the casino)

I am not an expert by any means in regards to this idea or the potential damaging effects it would have on any people who would actually deposit.
When you refer to "jackpots" do you mean progressives?
If that were the case progressives could be banned from play on these chips...
There are no doubt bonus abuers out there. Would it be that great of a difference with this idea as opposed to say Club Players $65 chip?
There are without a doubt people who have created many many many accounts for this specific bonus, what would the effects be with all of the $65 dollar bonuses as opposed to an unlimited or limited amount of $5 bonuses?
I don't think there would be much difference. Perhaps the $5 wouldn't be as enticing to create multiple accounts as much as it would to create multiple accounts for a $65 bonus...

MAYBEE AFTER THE first free chip the player should make a small deposit 5$ lets say to show their intenions that would elimanate the ones who abuse like i said free chips are the funnest part of online gambeling searching for them, finding them, great way to pass the time and it should be a valuable tool for creating new accounts and increasing revenue for casinos...after first deposit let the free chips roll then i believe that might work and i didnt mean jackpot persay just if casino has 95%payback and half of that never gets paid out because they wont pay the cheaters or in this case the people who will play the free chips but have no intention of depositing then that is no good they use play $ i use real money( my money or a free chip it dosent matter) i believe my chance of coming out ahead goes way down (not a fact just my opinion)

I wasn't aware that any casinos take your "idea/opinion" into account. I haven't done much research on that aspect but I don't see how it would decrease your chances of winning.

thats not true mandogone, ive only ever deposited at casino Extreme, and a couple of other, but mianly extreme. Ive never redeemed a free chip, or a bonus, and from my neteller calculations im about $600 ahead. SO i guess that doesnt agree with your point. And i dont mean from one deposit, i mean from over 50 ish on seperate occasions.

I think your idea :idea: rocks, but I suggest that if you win and want to withdraw , you have to deposit the amount of the coupon you recieved.

If I ran a casino I would give it a shot! Unfortunately I do not! I just put the idea up to see what the feedback would be like. Maybe some day down the road a casin would be able to use this and try it out.

I think all in all its a good idea but I am sure it would cause more abuse by non depositing players. Maybe one or two free chips with no deposit required and than say another free great chip after a person deposits even if he or she only deposits $10 at least maybe people would start depositing more
