This ever happen to anyone? I won a small amount ($5) in the Royal Flush Tournament - instead of putting it into my account - they gave me loyalty points!! Of course, I don't have enough to redeem. I haven't contacted them - I going to wait until I need a good laugh!
If I were you ID email them now. It could be weeks before you get a reply and then months before they stop and read it and fully and understand what your mailing them about.Quote:

I have never had a cashout problem. (Lucky in that respect!) It just seems this group has gotten pretty goofy - had no problems for 10 months and now they just seem to have fallen apart). I went to chat (no luck there, and sent an e-mail, no answer as yet). So, we will see.

Within the last 3 weeks, they have posted problems with their Snakes and Ladders and Kahuna Microgaming software slot games. I also think other games are affected as I played $1,000 straight through on March 21st at the new Kings and Queens game betting no more than 5 bucks per spin and never came close to getting any type of payback. I'm a VIP at this site having deposited 10s of thousands of dollars at Lake Palace and expressed my concern that perhaps more than just two slot games are having issues and asked as them to reimburse me only 10% of the bets I made on that game during that session and got no resolution. I don't see the same software issue warnings at other Microgaming sites I also belong to so maybe something is seriously wrong with Grand Prive Lake Place.
