ok so i went throught the detail process sent my photo ID in to become eligible to get into tourney tonight and after doing all that it says I'm ineligible...ok what else do i need to do? first message said to update details and when i contacted help they said i needed to send photo ID and so i think I'm ok ..but not the case ...do i contact them again? or is it something i need to do here?

Hi Everyone this is OUR first exPerience with GR88 they told us all players had to do was sign up under our account and they will be tagged to play this game.Sounded simple enough to us .Tracy will be home from cottage within 2 hours and she will be working on this with gr88 support.For now can all regulars post their gr88 ids here and ill send them to the person i know from there.And if you already have gr88 account you cannot play in this game because of the set up.When we have password games anyone can play

I looked at the game and one member only has been included in game so far.Is the issue ID?PLEASE contact support and post your findings here.The manager who set this up lives in New Zealand so he may just be waking up close to the tournament time.I have sent him an SOS about this ,the support people said since they did not set it up they cant help us.

I got an email from a Frank at GR88 about their software changing my state from CA to Alaska. He wanted me to verify my info, so I sent copy of ID and electric bill reluctantly. He just emailed me 30 min ago and I emailed him last night about this. Lets hope he is still working.
I also asked him to look into the NDNPT registration problem as well.

ok, i have just registered.

i cehcked my emails for the activion link, and clicked it.

i then clicked register in the NDNPT game, and i was in with no problems.

So, for the 3 year olds here....

1 - Click the link in the original post.
2 - download and install
3 - create full account.
4 - check email for the activation link
5 - click the link
6 - load GR88 and click tourneys/private/league.
7 - click register on our freeroll.
8 - become registered.
9 - wait for the game to start.
10 - play it.
11 - make a sandwich.
12 - lose to me, go to bed

no, im acting like it worked for me, and i did everything it said to the letter and it worked.

if you have verified your email, it should work fine im told, unless youve been to their site before under a different cookie

sue - go to player admin, and request email verification, then make sure your not blaocking their emails.

ok turned off my malware momentarily, it is now working fine. How odd something has been embedded into their website, i wonder if they know this

This game is being changed to a password-protected tournament. Should be fixed momentarily and that will resolve this issue.
