Tennis has a new heart throb

The US Open has been taken over by the 17 year old Melanie Oudin.
She just beat 13th seed Nadia Petrovic to reach the Quarter finals.

She is only 5'4" tall and didn't get an single ace.
But man can she hit.

I can't wait till she plays again.

Yes,
She is an awesome player!
I'm really rooting for her to take this tourney down.
Looks like she will have to play either Clijsters or Serena in the final if she makes it that far. It looks like she has the ability to get to the final but I can't see her winning against a player that serves as well as Serena.
Definitely looks like she has a bright future ahead of her after her showing in Wimbledon and now the US Open.
