This never happened to me, while I was logged on but I guess I was logged on after you guys have logged off.
I was really encouraged when cake poker responded back to me, so if you feel like you lost anything, you might email support@cakepoker . com and they will try to do anything to accomodate you.
They have one of the best support teams I have ever encountered and encourage people to play on here more than other sites because of that fact alone, so I encourage you to email them if you need anything at all.

the alst 2 days this has happen to me. i dont think it is happen to everyone
though. i was heads up in a 6 man sng and i had all the chips but 1000 of
them and it froze. for like 1 min or so. i logged off and back on and it
worked but that point i was down to 1750 in chips with 250/500 and i was
pretty pissed cuz it happen to me. i dont know what the problem is but that
isnt the only problem it happen to me. i am going to email them and see if
their is something we can do about this.

I think that is the best thing.
And I am almost positive the out come will be great for you.
Cake poker really values their customers, so probably.

i sent about a 3 or 4 paragraph email explain the problem and told them i
wasnt the only on. i also explained that i will not continue to play the
superturbo any more this i can get some help on fixing this because i will be
losing money playing with the amount of times it has froze on me. also asked
if there was somethings i can try on my end to fix the problem or to see if it
was something on their end.

new poker client. so brand new software coming for the cake poker
network. this new software is going to better then the current one from
what i was told.

Yep I would check your email as soon as you log on and I'm sure they are going to be sending you information sooner rather than later.
You might get a cake and a little bit of your money back.
One can hope right?

I haven't had problems with cake, but I don't play there much. Today, I did a freeroll on cakepoker with a different forum and cashed for $1.08:hurray: That increases my roll from 92 cents to 2 bucks lol. The most I ever had on cake was 6 bucks last fall.

well still nothing back from cake but i will wait for it and see what happens. they do have a long list i sent them to go through so i understand the long wait plus i am sure security is reviewing them.

well they got back to me today and added $17 to my account. i am pleased
with that cant complain. they at least made the attempt to pay me
something for the problem they are having. so the moral of the story is dont
be afraid to email a poker room if your having problem because more then
likely they will do what they can to help you and keep you happy.
