I have been thinking about cheese cake all day long so.......
I am gonna tell you how I make a simple delicious cheese cake.
So easy that even the men might not flip out over me posting a recipe.
1. Buy an Oreo cookie pie crust.
2. Buy two pkgs/boxes of Philadelphia cream cheese.
3. Buy a large can or two small cans of pie filling of choice.
(I prefer the cherry or raspberry)
4. 1 table spoon of vanilla.
5. approx 3/4 cup of powdered sugar. (You can add to taste)
6. 1 cup of Cool whip (optional) it works fine w/o Cool whip.
Make sure the cream cheese is at room temp.
Use Beaters and mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and
cool whip until creamy.
Fill pie crust with mixture.
Pour pie filling on top.
And a dab of cool whip to make it pretty.
And you have a very tasty cheese cake.
Takes all of 10 min!
Any different ways to make cheese cake that you know?

I hate cake and I hate ice cream, but I LOVE cheesecake!
I once paid nearly $15 for a slice of cheesecake in New York and I have never regretted it!

you really cant go wrong when you have an oreo pie crust. I make a mean chocolate pudding peanut butter and whipped cream pie with that same crust. Never tried cheesecake with it though. I get em at least once a week, once every two, so maybe ill give it a whirl. Thanks Bn :-)

This was a few years ago and I always add inflation.
$15 back then is $17 now.

Sorry Eejjj I just can't send the cheese cake, especially to England. That cheese cake prob weighs 4 lbs or more. After it was all said and done, You would be paying close to what NDN paid for a slice. And this is a cheap cheese cake. You can make one. It's easy! ;)

I love cheesecake- pumpkin cheesecake in the fall is yummy! Also chocolate chip cheesecake- hell, pretty much any kind! One of my friends from high school used to call it "queso-cake".

Because that is how you say cheese in Spanish. But you already knew that didn't ya Tay?

Yep, but I shared it cause I thought it was funny, and even though I have never taken Spanish I still feel like calling it that sometimes.
