i dont know how many of u watch this show but i really like this one guy. on there. his name ia kevin skinner. he is a unemployed farmer from kentucky. wow this was a very moving performance. i mean that guy look like a hillbilly for sure. call me soft but i shed a tear watching this with my wife. the words in the garth brooks song are powerful. i am not a country fan but i have always like this song and i think kevin sang it better than garth did. tell me what u think. if need i got tissues.

The young Korean Girl before him was way better.

This show has gone way down hill the last 2 weeks.
Last night a bass singing Ole man river was the best act of the night
followed by the chainsaw jugler, followed by the dancing dog hit from last week. ZZZzzzzZZZZzzzzz

thats what makes it better. he is a guy that doesnt have much going for him and he sang that song with all emotions. i thought it was the best so far as emotional singing goes. i know he wont win but man that was good.

alright all of these you guys said were by far the best but i think my favorite

so far was the guy who wrote the song about "the hoff"

the way they put it, i was sitting there thinking so prevert singing a song

about pamela anderson and not him. i was laughing so hard i nearly fell off

the couch.:):)

the only thing is what kind of song will he sing in vegas? i dont think he will

last very long.


also i was in tears on the first show when they showed the 3 childeren

singing "God BLess America". there story really touched me. how often do

you see a group of children going to other peoples hospital room and singing

to them like they did for their mother when she was there. the family lives

very close to where we live so i guess that moved me a little more. i guess it

hit home with me.

You gotta love shows like this and american idol, etc. Only in countries like ours do you have a shot to be famous and make some serious income. Unemployeed, poor immigrant, disabled, whatever, if you have a great talent, you have the potential to make money off of it. God bless america :-)
