I just made a straight 20.00 deposit no bonus .. I had an account with their Microgaming casino (until NY state was banned) so I did not set up a new RTG account (I actually still had .25c in my account HAHA) and I had made withdraw requests before so they had all my info. I didn't have to send in any verification paperwork.

Because I didn't use any bonus you are right I did not have to meet any terms or conditions to withdraw just hit the button :)
