I have an issue. I have been depositing @ Cirrus for a long time & I've never been lucky enough to cash out anything until 11-17-06. I hit a jackpot for 8000.00. I requested a pay out. spoke to the manager Allison Porter she said it would be 3 to 5 business days before it would be approved then I would recieve 2000.00 a week for 4 weeks this was fine with me. the problem is I sent the info to her so thst it could be direct deposited into my bank account. The 2000.00 was approved on 12-1-06 but I have not recieved my money yet. I recieved a call on 12-3-06 from a guy named Sean stating my money would be in my account on 12-4-06. I have recieved no money. When I spoke to Sean on 12-06-06 he stated he didn't know why I hadn't recieved it & that accounting was closed. Today I spoke to Allison and was told the system is down & she can't help me. Also when I look @ my account history it shows 2 Net teller withdraws for 2000.00 I do not even have a Net Teller account. My user name is kinzi can you please help???????

Just a quickie, im not too good at casino cashouts but from what i remember Cirrus has a very bad reputation for pay players. I believe they are affiliated with the notorious "Virtual Group". All i would say is the best of luck getting your money but i wouldnt hold your breath.

I reckon this will be fine..
K to avoid things like this make a neteller account!!!

Still haven't recieved my money. Supposed to be deposited in my Click2pay account. All I get is the run around when I call even from the manager Allison. It's been 9 days since the payout was approved. So my advice is to stay away from Cirrus Casino

Finally after calling and talking to the manager every other day for 3 weeks I recieved 2000.00 of the 8000.00 I won on Nov 17th. It was deposited in my click2pay account on Dec 15th. I'm happy now hopefully I will recieve the other 6000.00
