Just saw star trek and the hangover recently which were both absolutely amazing btw and i recommend them to anyone. The point o f this thread however is to ask everyone what movies they are most excited for this summer/ upcoming year. The previews that i saw in the previous movies had me excited for this summer. The main movie i cant wait for is transformers 2. There is just something about megan fox and transformers that i can never seem to get out of my head. How about you guys? What are you looking forward to this summer?

I think the hangover was the movie of the summer, even though it isn't nearly over. It isgoing to take a lot to beat that one. Every one tells me I look like Bradley cooper or Phil on the hangover. Except Im only 24 and he is 35+ for sure, but ill take it. Anyone who has seen my Facebook page could agree or disagree if that is true or not. Megan Fox is def sexy, so Im down to see whatever movie she is in soon. The transformers 1 was pretty good, Shia Lebuff is always funny, he is good in just about anything. IDK if they are really in the same category, but I saw the new woverine origins, maybe the worst movie i have ever seen except for this one movie called College, and the mexican with brad pitt. Those three are top notch crap. I still want to see UP, im down with the 3D goggles, even though My Bloody valentine was def a B-Movie. Im done rambling

Klinkman and I saw The Hangover last night and it was AMAZING. Everyone here should go see it, you'll love it. Zach's character was just like my fiance, except not quite that bat**** crazy lol. But yeah we were laughing the entire time. I keep hearing UP is a good movie, but it doesn't seem that enticing to me. Maybe I'll rent it or see it at the dollar movies later. I also really want to see Night at the Museum 2, I've heard from friends that one was really good and I loved the first one.

Have only heard good things about the hangover, and galafanakis's stand ups are definately in my top ten favorite stand ups (ive seen a lot) so ill definately have to see that. Aside from Tarantinos new flick thats coming up (you gotta love tarantino) i actually want to see the new harry potter, the dark prince i think its called. Never read the books, never really watched any of the other ones, but man, i seen a few trailers for that, and it just looks good! I know there has to a be a few people on this forum that can vibe with me, there always are :-p.

The last good film I saw at the theater was Michael Caine's new film Is Anybody There. It's great to see a top notch actor at the peak of his form. Some recent DVD releases I'd recommend include The Boy in the Striped Pajamas, and Jean Claude Van Damme's latest film JCVD.

I never go to the movies. For one I can't keep my mouth shut long enough unless it is a very good movie. And two I just never go....

You guys are going to make fun of me, but I thought "Up" was a great movie. I saw it in 3D and it was pretty amazing. I won't give away anything, but be aware that the whole audience was crying at several points.
If you haven't seen the news article about the little girl dying who wanted to see "Up" before she died, you should Google it and read it. Kind of a sad, sad story, but happy at the same time.
There were many previews for movies coming out that were in 3D. The new Toy Story movie will be great.
