Well I went through all my emails and found the majority of them to be from Casinos telling me I am no longer allowed their. I have spent more money then I would ever admit too at these places and now I will never have a chance to try to get some back. Why was it anyones business what I did in my own home on my own computer with my money? If you know of where I can write to complain I would sure love to know. So much for Freedom I guess.

You can (and should) write to your Senator.

Its pretty much just public owned sites affected. Try some privately owned sites. I play pretty much poker sites, but they have casinos in some, such as Wingos.

I tried to write the senator as you can see it didn't do much good.. Oh well, I guess. Are the poker sites gonna still let us play on them?
Have a good day.

As far as casinos go - Generally all Playtech casinos have a ban on U.S. players.

RTG casinos are accepting ALL U.S. players.

Microgaming has a ban on 11 U.S. states but are still accepting players from 39 of them.

Many of the bigger Playtech casinos are switching platforms to RTG so they can continue to offer U.S. players their services.

The senator from Nevada, says the law has a loophole you can drive a truck through. She is also fighting hard to remove poker from the definition of gambling. As it is a game of skill.

All these site are banning Americans because their stockholders are freaked out. This seems counter productive since USA players make up the majority of online players. So their profits will fall and their stocks will fall with them. And when they try to beg the Americans to come back, when this fiasco is cleared up, they may find few will come back.

If you like Microgaming, try http://www.villento.com I just withdrew and received $200.00 from them yesterday. If you're in a State that has Safeway Grocery stores, they sell Visa gift cards that will work at just about any casino and they even work great for depositing money into your neteller account. I've heard that walmart sells them too! I hope this helps....
