After telling of my friends and families bad fortune lately, I thought it was
good time to share a remarkable story.
5 years ago my 11 year old nephew got kicked in the stomach at school.
The pain was enough to see a doctor and they found a football size tumor in his stomach. He was diagnosed with nero blastoma which is cancer of the adreinal gland and that his chance of survival was 18 %. After months of chemo he underwent a bone marrow transplant that saved his life.
He has been cancer free for 5 years now. Poor kid has scares all over him but he is one of the coolest kids you would ever meet. Patrick is his name and I look forward to seeing him every chance I get.

Oh my gosh.. this just makes me so grateful for my life.

That is an incredible story.. that is a very big tumor to have in such a young boy.
