If any of you are looking for something different to add to your music collection, and especially if you like the acoustic sound, then you should take the time to check out one of Klinkman and my favorite bands, Carbon Leaf. They have their own MySpace page, and their latest album, "Nothing Rhymes with Woman" was released today. Thanks to NDN's generosity, we ordered it off Amazon.com this morning, and it does not disappoint. I highly recommend this group to all of you, and if you're checking out their MySpace page, you should consider hitting up one of their upcoming concerts if there is one in your area. Tickets are cheap! I don't want to sound like an infomercial, but seriously, check out Carbon Leaf today! You won't regret it!

I tried to specify that it had more of an acoustic sound! Sorry you don't like it. I'll still think you're weird :)

There is a song off the "Indian Summer" album that we're having played at our wedding :)
You might also like some of the stuff on Echo Echo, it's got an Irish feel.

Lol, you said that just after i hated a song with an Irish feel. Irish music generally sucks. Trust me!
Only good Irish song is the one from The Departed that i heard recently....

This is really great- thank you! I needed to hear this today. The sitar is such a beautiful instrument. Is this available to download like on iTunes or something, or just through YouTube? I shall have to investigate!
