I don't know if I can even type right now, my hands are shaking like crazy. I have been playing online slots for about a week and until today I hadn't been very lucky at all. I was playing dollar slots and hit the red white and blue sevens winning $10,000.00. Now I don't know what to do. My question is this...do these casinos REALLY pay when you hit a large amount or is there some kind of catch to this? I was playing at Portofino Casino. Thanks for any help or info anyone can give me.

There's a couple of things to consider.
Were you playing on a free chip or a deposit.
If it was a deposit was there a coupon involved at all?

I really appreciate you both taking time to help me. I've been reading through all the rules and red tape about withdrawing funds and trying to make sense of it all.

This is what I did....I made a deposit of $25 and used a coupon that matched my deposit, so I started off with $50. The casino had different offers scrolling across the top of their website so when that $50 was almost gone I clicked on a coupon that would give me $20 when I deposited $20. So I deposited my $20 and received $20 from the coupon. I ended up making 2 deposits and used a coupon that matched my deposit each time.

Thanks again...

Debbie

Debbie,

Congrats!!!! They should honor your withdrawal as long as you have played through the requirements. Make sure you ask if you have met the requirements and if not, what you have to do. Good luck!

Thanks Blue Cat...I hope you're right. I think I played through the requirements. I made the deposits friday night, played all week-end and hit those 3 sevens tonight (LOL). After reading everything I could find on their website I believe one coupon was 40X and the other was 30X.

I'm really glad I found this place....you folks are terrific. Thanks again.

Ok, if you have played through the deposits and you are sure you have, if your not have a few $10 spins on ronin or something to get it higher. then they will process your withdrawal and if they dont sue the *** of them :D lol

You will have to give them the bonus amount back when you withdraw your winnings, so say you have $10000 and you had the $50 match bonus, your final amount will be $10000 - $50 = $9950. And you owe me half of it because i said so! lmao.

nice job by the way, id have had a heart attack if it was me:) amd im only 21:) lol

Congrats.
I would definately talk to support and verify that I had met all the requirements. Save any and all emails from them too!
Let us know if you get your account credited I would love to hear the good news!

Congrats on the win! Please keep the following in mind as well...
When using some bonuses there may be a "Maximum cashout" allowed on that bonus. For instance, you may only be able to cashout 10X your deposited amount. I am not saying that this is the case here, but it is always a good idea to take a look at the terms before selecting your bouns.

CONGRATS ON YOUR WIN!! I hope you let us know if you get paid or how things turn out...especially with Portofino. They have had a shoddy reputation and perhaps could help redeem themselves if they are true blue to your cashout request.
