Its started. Not much coverage of it yet. China and Korea played today... Didn't watch it for more than 10 mins and dont really care who won, But this was disturbing to me. KOREA has CheerLeaders. That is so wrong.

yeah the US whooped some arse yesterday. i hope we can take it all this year. looks korea whooped on japan also. im torn i am from korea but my 1st love is the US. would be nice if they meet in the finals.

These contests always seem to favor the smaller countries where winning the competition means more to the general public. I think Korea has a good shot do to this. National pride sort of thing. Not many people in the US seem to care if the US wins this or not. However, for countries like the dominican, korea, japan, cuba, etc... it seems to mean more

No, baseball is not an olympic event unfortunately. Just like football isnt. Althought personally I think it should be becasue almost every country would be able to make a well developed team.:p
