The lawsuit claims that Bank of America encouraged use of B of A debit cards and then changed the fees when these cards were used. If you were a holder of a Bank of America debit card between December 6, 2000 and December 31, 2007, you may want to file a claim. It is smart to join these class action things whenever you can. I have been involved in 4 of them over the last 7 years. I have been awarded more than 2,500$ between all of them. However, I got most of it from one case. I was the main name represented on one and got a incentive award for the class. I can't really give away to much info about it. I can just say it was new technology based against a big big company... and it was like I got 2 tax refund checks that year.
