Hey guys!

About 2 weeks ago, i was playing a small stake. All of a sudden, pokerstars froze. I was running around trying to fix the problem, before i finally logged into my account from my other computer. By that time i was basically blinded out.

Ofcourse i was dissapointed, because it froze with stars. I quickly remembered a friend telling me how he got a refund when stars froze.

I promptly emailed stars pleading my case, and the generously refunded my buy-in!

Pokerstars has great support. I emailed them for them to fix my avatar and they got back to me within 30 min. I was highly impressed with that.
