What the !!!! Is with Rival?????

:mad::p:p I've been a member of "This Is Vegas" for over a year. It's the first Rival casino I signed with. Valentines Day,I went to their site and in promotions it read "coming soon". Few day later I go back same thing, I go to live chat and they tell me that I was'nt eligiable for any, I asked WHY? Remark:They didn't have to have reason, I figured maybe a multiable acct? No,not that. Its managements decision if you are entitled to bonus. Okay, I can handle that but "What the hell did I do??" So I emailed them and told them TO F*%K off. Has any one eles been treated like this? Good thing about it was I took my 500.00 and went to a local casino and made a bundle!

I got a email from a Rival casino saying I could no longer play as they are not taking Canadian accounts. Maybe they arent taking USA ones either.

Many of rivals will deny promotions players who win quite lot, but allways you can ask changing yours situation with promotins and usually they change it when you "promice" that you play only one rival-casino.
Only Mayan Fortune and Pantasia didin't change their mind.

Rival casinos will make players "bonus ineligible" for a variety of reasons.

If this happens to anyone and they'd like me to look into it, please contact me before sending them any emails with swearing in it!

This is Vegas did the same thing to me several months ago, when I emailed to ask why they stated it was management discretion and basically I hit big there 4,000 and even though I continued to deposit & play they felt I was abusing their promos .. no other Rival has done that to me & I hit for 8,000 at Mayan over a year ago they still give me promos ..
