First of all i would like to say that the people at this site are all very nice people. Well it all started why back in 1963. I was born three months and 10 days before kennedy was killed. I grew up in NEW JERSEY went to school thier. Played a lot of sports, like baseball,football,soccer. After high school i went into the navy were i was a cook for 10 years. Played a lot of cards in the navy. After the navy i wnet to work for AppleBees were i was a kitchen manger for like 9 years. Moved to P.A. back in 2006 and i now work for a nursing home as the head chef. Well thats my life in a nut shell.

Nice post dallas. So you are a chef eh? I love to cook, do you, or is that just what you do for work? I just watched Hell's Kitchen last night, I love that show, have you ever thought about applying to be on that show? Most the time the majority of the contestants have no experience, so you would probably kick their butts! Nice to lean more about you!
