I'm taking a script that I really don't want to be taking anymore but my body has accustomed to it and I'm begenning to worry about how it will affect me in the future. Anyone else exeriencing this ?

It's Adderall XR, I'm prescribed 60mg a day.

I'm pretty sure that if you've been taking it daily, you can't just quit it...... see the Dr. and asked to be weened off and they'll slowing lower the doses for you. that is if you can be taken off of it.... I'm not a dr, so I'd talk to one with this question if I were you.

It's for ADHD. Yea I'm seeing him at the end of the month to talk to him about getting a lower dose. I have to go every month because it is a controlled substance.
