i was pissed when they closed neteller in canada, i like using it toooo and just ordered the debit card when they said "oh sorry, you can't use our services anymore, and the debit card you just ordered has to be paid for!"

nope not me , i had a neteller account before but was only used once and after that neteller stopped accepting from the Philippines and closed my account.
