just wondering if there's car fanatics here and wondering what type of vehicles we're all driving..... and what is your dream car/truck?

I currently have a Mustang GT, love the power....

when i win the lottery, i'm going to buy a truck and a HUGE one.... lol. not sure on the make and model but something flashy and big. and when the $$$ runs out, i'll sell it for peanuts lol because i couldn't afford the gas

Right now I have a 2000 chevy tracker. the car I would most like to buy is a 1981 Z28. I had one back in 1987 and I loved that car. It had a T-roof and there was nothing better then travelling in the hot summer with the t-roof open.

I have only owned Mercedes Benz, I bought my first one which was a 1994 C220 but had it taken by the police. I know have a 1976 280C With 50k miles and in mint condition. My mom has the 2008 C300. I'm working on buying a C55. : )

i know here in Ontario they take cars that are caught street racing and crush them. I take it that is was probably something along that line.

there were a lot of accidents caused by people racing against each other on the city streets. Once accident happened abuot 3 blocks from me on a busy street. Two guys were at the red light reving their engines and when the light turned green they were off. The were weaving around traffic and unfortunatly a 16 year old was crossing the street to go rent a video while his mom grocery shopped. the first car missed him the second hit and killed him. I do not mind racing but they should do it at the track or somwhere that is set up for it. Doing it on a city street that is busy is just not right.

The reason they crush the cars is send a message to others that if you are caught, then this is what happens.

Mitsubishi Eclipse! This is my second time buying that made and model. The last one was a red that changed different shades under different light conditions.

Toyota Tundra is a nice ride also. My brother in Florida just bought an 06. He loves it. His only complaint is the ride is a bit stiff.

What happened was my friend and I were moving from San Diego to St. Louis and while I was taking a nap after driving, he desides to go 105 on I40 (drug trafficing freeway). I woke up to us being arrested after they found counterfeit money and forgery devises in my trunk.

I can see why they would be a tad upset. I guess that must have been quite the scare for you. Waking up from a nap with a cop arresting you, how long did it take to realize that you were not dreaming it??

They're sick with their engines, I forgot the name of a pair that I saw in St. Louis one at a dealership... They had roll bars, and I believe they are only a fixed number of them.

Well I drive a 2007 GMC 2500 HD 4 door diesel truck. it has a allison tranny(the best i must say) it is turbo charged with a banks turbo. i have just added a hydrogen system in it to get better fuel mileage. my mechanic designed it. I usually get like anywhere from 14 to 17 MPG but now i get like 30 to 35 MPG. best thing i ever put in that truck. it has a 6" lift with nice rims n tires. nothing to flashy but good enough. purchased by my boss for a bonus from a big job i completed. it was a great xmas present. i also have a 2007 volvo v70 turbo station wagon. (well wifes car but i bought it) LOL. great car n truck.
