Vicks for a cough

Here is something that I just found out about. If you have a nagging cough that will not let you sleep, spread vicks vapor rub on the bottom of your feet, put on some socks and jump into bed. The vicks on the feet stop the cough. I never believed it either but I have talked to two people that swear by it. I hope I never have to find out for myself about it, I hate being sick.

I will try this the next time I am sick.

I love Vicks! I use it like crazy whenever I am sick. I have never put it on my feet though.

I also suggest Advil Cold & Sinus - Workes like a charm.

I've heard of this, but forgot, ty for reminding me........ I'm gonna have to try this out..... my last cough/cold i had i was just drinking nyquil right out of the bottle until i felt it starting to work, lol and then went to bed

Me too, lol, its so uncomfortable, but when sick, nothing is at all, so we may as well try it :)

I really hate medicine and that kinda thing, most of the times I just let my body get rid of the cold by itself :)

I normally do not get a cough with a cold. My thing is sinus and head colds. The worst part is I will be stuffed up during the day and the the nose is running at night. Never the other way around. If anyone has a good remedy for that I would like to know. I have tried over the counter stuff and nothing works.

Well if your nose is running pretty bad, and you don't want to have to keep wiping it, just shove some tp up it.
