So anyone got any big Halloween plans? I just plan to take my daughter )6yr old) around the neighborhood, and then to the Haunted House that this family does every year, so much work they do but it rocks!

Down here it aint that safe so kids go out to their own small neighborhoods if at all they even go out. Most go to private parties at their friends, which is safer over here.

Well thereīs bad people as anywhere else but security here aint that good.

Many streets have poor lighting making it unsafe for kids to wonder around in Halloween, so its better if they go to a friends house or party.

Streets and public services like street lights or even sidewalks are very bad down here, yet the country doesnt seem to care and therefore no one does anything about it.

I can tell you one thing though, Costa Rica has a MILLION beauties, but customer service and customer satisfaction as well as the citizenīs well being aint priorities here, so I am sick and tired of this place yeah....

Did you know I pay $40 per month for a piece of crap 1 MB/512 kb cable connection...

It's just ridiculous....this country is crap when it comes to services...
