Need to fix your listing. I got denied registration. There's a little symbol in the bottom corner of the web site with the usa and a red line through it.

Hi there,

I double checked with Villa Fortuna live support before I put that offer up. They told me they allow U.S. residents (with the exception of the restricted states).

What state are you in?

It says No US on their homepage. Gambling is legal in my state (CA) and I still cannot register on their site. :( Can you please change it to no US instead of most?

Can you do me a favor? Ask their live chat if they accept U.S. players for me. They "may" have a way to let you register.

Before I put Villa Fortuna up yesterday, they assured me that they accept U.S. players from the non-restricted states....

I just had another "live chat" with the Villa Fortuna support and they confirmed once again that they do indeed accept players from the U.S. with the exception of the normal Microgaming restricted states.

I'm not sure why you'd be having problems here so I will follow up on this with their managers and hopefully get to the bottom of this.

Meanwhile, if you are not in a restricted state and are having problems registering, check with their live chat support and they may be able to get you playing.

I have spoken with their managers and they informed me that their customer service reps had the wrong information and they do not allow U.S. players to register.

I have made the change on the index page and apologize for this!
