I've noticed the last couple of days that my edit button is missing. I used to be able to edit my posts here. Was that option removed or is it just me? I don't know about other members but my edit button is important to me. I have a bad habit of clicking "Submit New Thread" before checking my post and the spelling. LOL

Its better this way, because if someone says something nasty about anyone else, then it cant be edited before NDN sees it.
I think its a good idea, will prevent spammers as well

I disabled the edit feature after a few situations came up where it would have been helpful to see what was initially posted.
For the safety of the forum, I think I will leave this disabled for now. If you'd like me to edit anything for you, just let me know and I will take care of it right away.
Thanks,
NDN

Everyone is now able to edit their posts for five minutes after they make them. Once five minutes have passed, the edit button will vanish!
If anyone should need some editing done after the 5-minute mark, just let me know and I'll be happy to fix things.
great idea...gives you a chance to edit your mistakes..

Good and fair enough
You can read your post and have enough time to edit anything that went wrong.
Thanks ND
