Heres my Perspective----------------------

eagles +190
bengals +250
bills +110

... all seem like good value to me

Lions -7
Raiders -1
Jets -6

... allmost seem like sure things

Bears -3.5............ -3
SeaHawks +1........ +3
Jags +1................ +3
Titans +6.............. +7
Cards +9.5............ +10

... I like, but will wait to see if the lines move closer to... stated
