Alright everyone, today is the big day. The HS soccer team I coach has advanced to the Far West Regional game in New York State. It is the first time in 12 years we've made it this far. A win today would put us in the New York State Final Four. The HS I coach at has never made it to states so I need all of you to send some good vibes around 6:00pm EST today. As of right now my team is ranked #8 in NYS Class AA. With a win we move to top 4. I'll post the result as soon as I can. :cheers2:

Basically the post season in New York state is a big tournament of all the schools in each class (Class is based on size of school), my school is in AA which is the largest class. Today is essentially the quarterfinals and if we win we are in the semi-finals.

Lost 2-1 with 6 minutes left. Other team was definitely the better team but I was proud of my boys for coming from behind to tie the game. Weak first half but much better second half.
