I can not do anything to get this working again. I contac support and they said its on my end. Anyone ever get this error? I been trying for 3 days and went on different computer and says same thing. I can login but can not do anything else.

I even unstall. reinstall. Disable firewall. clear cookies/ restart computer, etc.

They blocked my ip becuz my wife had an account 4 years ago when we lived in Knasas. They sent her a free b-day chip freeplay. She forgot all about the account when she login she had $50 in the account and redeem her $50 bday chip. So When I login my account It wont let me do nothn. I called them and they say same ip and account not allowed so they banned my ip.

So sad becuz wife turned that $100 to 2k in a day. She knew max cashout was $100 with no depsoit so she just blew it all away. LOL. And prism always calls me for deposit deals. Looks like I have to play somewhere else.
