Got the message and signed up for poker. I only need poker info as I don't play the casinos, so will I only get poker or will there be a way to get off the casino mailing list?

We are setting up 4 seperate mailing lists using third party programs ,either emailbrain and mailermailer.com and you have to double opt in to the system,this is how we will deliver our email notices for poker games ONLY effective October 10.
We will still send out casino,bingo and sports info via the PM system for the next couple months.In november we will launch our new template and site look and on the new homepage we will have 4 links to the mailing lists ,you can sign up for one or all.NO poker info will be sent via our site PM system or email DB on the site after October 10 ,We will use the on site password system , FACEBOOK page and the site to annnounce the games .
I am going to make a VIP section for the PM section here and only members with 100 posts and more than 3 months activity /or members who have been on the site over 1 year with at least 25 QUALITY Posts.This one i am building from scratch and hope NDN and you 'regulars' will help me build this list.There is a couple members here with new names and of course pokerkitty's brother who gets on the exception list.This list will be for private games ONLY .
This may be the wrong place for it but what do you guys think about us trying to plan a live event in a year or so ,where do all the active members live?Maybe pick a place that makes sense to the majority ,I am thinking Vegas or Florida and Eejit tickets from UK are not too bad from September 16 -April 14 ,i know because we go to Uk every year lol

Your new system sounds well thought out. As for meeting up I suppose Vegas would be the best. We'd love it for you all to come to Oklahoma, but face it, there's nothing here!

Sounds like a lot of work for you Mods...Hope all goes well with the new site in October.
Not sure if I got on the right mailing list...I play poker but don't mind checking out the slots every now and then! Hope to be on the exception list, 100 post seems like a lot... is that to be on the poker list or the casino list?

We will have 5 mailing lists in November
Poker,casino ,bingo sports and VIP list.I think we all know the reason behind the VIP list ,when we have games we get bombed with requests for passwords and last minute sign ups.I would also like to reward the regulars with more games and prizes without having to deal with the 'password please' messages.Obviously I WILL not be having these tournaments under the NDNPT name :)
