Rolled by a member of NDN!

Wow, this is not what I want to do, but I'm left no other option. This post will be lacking some information that I will post tomorrow, but I feel this needs to be out there NOW! The title says it all!

While down on funds due to a change of jobs a member asked me to loan him some money. I had the funds and don't mind helping others out so I made multiple transfers to him so he had money to live on. The total of the transfers comes to $185. I didnt expect all of it payed back at one time, but expected payments at a minimum. It has been multiple months and i've recieved nothing from him but excuses. After asking for information about the funds owed to me he invested $100 in the private BAP on this site. I've asked and asked for repayment and have been told different things everytime. I'm tired of waiting and have asked for my money with no response, leading me to inform the community of the person among us.

I will post screenshots of the cashier proving transfers to him to show the community I am 100% serious.

so is it eejit. or is someone else. there has only been 2 players to invest 100 into the bap. if it was eejit he borrowed it from ndn. and i maxpower cashed out before it started. and then theres. target. well whatever my list will get alot slimmer on who i trust. lol

kinda sucks that people take advantage of genourosity.

Eejit paid me back after 2 months in the summer with 4000 chips from the forum.
Eejit looks to have suffered the worst from the disappearance of the chip system and the favors of his SUGAR DADDY.

1 NDN should pay off Eejits debt to save face.

2 Eejit should make a public statement and admit his shortcomings.

3 NDN forum members happy and trusting again.

note.....the last 4 months have shown a huge decline in active/supportive members
and NDN takes it out on me because I come off negative sometimes.
I point out the facts, bad or good.........

NDN vouched for Eejit when he made him moderator.
He should be responsible for his debt.

NDN and Eejit are creating their own negativity.
What's next????

not sure how my name got brought up but whatever. i am always the first to loan out money when i have it. ask panam terp or whoever, when i borrow from them i give them a date and pay back on that date. its that simple. i bought in the bap own my own funds from the game i got 2nd in. anyways i reserve to keep all other comments to myself as i dont think my friend is a bad person.

As of this moment Eejit has offered a payback plan. I was hoping to keep this issue off of the forum, but was left no other option. We will see if he follows through with his plan.

This is by no means an issue NDN needs to solve for eejit. It was between him and me. I am very happy here and with how NDN runs this wonderful site. By no means has this issue turned me off from this site. Hopefully we all learn from this issue and either becareful when lending or becareful when borrowing.

1. Why on earth would I pay off anyone's debt and how on earth would that save face for me? What the hell have I done in this situation that would require the saving of face? Perhaps you need to get some new glasses, because this issue is between EEJIT101 & FFCOWBOY76. I don't see anything in this post that even implies that I am involved in this.

2. What Eejit101 does is solely up to him. If you think I have some sort of magical control over him or any other member then you are sadly mistaken.

3. I caution EVERYONE (and have done some from the start) to exercise EXTREME caution when making loans/stakes with any member of any website. It's not my responsibility to ensure that any arrangements that are made in private are made good on.

4. Things have slowed down, and I have allowed things to slow down for several reasons. I am perfectly happy with that and I have no reason to "take that out" on you or any other member. I address your posts/concerns just like I would address any other member with the same issues.

5. You're crazy. I vouched for him as a moderator, but he hasn't been a moderator for a long time now. I am the only moderator and that is how it will remain. I am not responsible for anyone's debt and you're foolish to think otherwise.

I do NOT appreciate this post even a little bit. This is one of the least accurate posts I have ever read (do your research if you are going to make accusations).

eejit has made good on some of the loans that I have given him, its just a matter of time, and he will get around to it, so no worries there. As far as all the negativity, no comment there, its just a alil depressing thats all. Have a happy news years everyone!

This post is directed at Freeringo!

There are two very simple reasons I posted this issue here. First and foremost it is to point out what can happen when you loan money to others over the internet. As of this time Eejit as done the right thing and contacted me with a plan to pay it off. The other reason this was done was to get eejits attention. There had been a lack of communication, so this was the last step in getting his attention.

There is only one person I expect to pay off the debt, eejit. If anyone else pays it off, I will ship it back, period. I'm not out to get money from someone else, only the person that owes it to me. This issue is in no way shape or form the responsibility of NDN. This is not or was not related with how he runs this site. This issue is between eejit and myself and I took it public to allow EVERYONE to learn from my issue.

As the creator of this thread I will be the only one "attacking" anyone. This issue is between two members of this site and no one else. If there is anymore attacking of membrers not involved I will clear out the first post and have NDN make this go away. I was trying to let people see what can happen in the online world of poker. If anyone is a member of a staking site you see this EVERYDAY.

I'm glad that this is getting straight. sad that it happened though.
Another thing to worry about on top of loaning money is playing the slots on sites. I get up to 16 dollars freerollin and wham bam ty mam its gone...one armed bandits they are...lol
EEjit we all love ya still even though you do not moderate. You are doing the right thing. stepping up like this.

I have also transfered eejit over $100,and have asked plenty of times for some back and got nothing,kinnda puts sour taste in mouth,was fun here before till got taking advantage of,still have pm's and im's,just write it off i guess,hope eejit had fun playing my cash,i know he cashed in some of the tournies i payed for.Well done

I'd like to reiterate that Eejit101 is not a moderator here and hasn't been for quite some time.

I have zero influence on his decisions. It's unfortunate to hear about these things, but I have no control over any member other than myself.

Always exercise extreme caution when staking/loaning/transferring with other people.

Well here it is January 11th and no money or further word from eejit. I hope he still remembers the pay back plan he decided on. I guess only time will tell if he plans on doing the right thing.

I will continue to keep every one updated as to how this is going.

The money was lent on the idea it was going to support his LIVING expenses because of his job change. I really hope I wasn't decieved from the start, but I'm starting to believe I was. I guess the next few weeks will tell the story.
