I am investigating this and I am not sure why some people are not getting this bonus. I suspect that not all of their live chat support workers are familiar with the bonus.

I have asked them to manually credit everyone who provided me with their casino username that weren't able to get this bonus.
For all new players, please request the bonus NDN15 directly from the casino support staff. We have added this step to prevent future problems.

Not working
They did not manually credit my account & when I asked livechat about the code they said you cannot redeem it's only for a specific group .. I said I am a part of that group .. they didn't respond

Seriously...
Has anybody been able to collect on this sign up bonus?
I'm 5 days worth waiting and there is NO WAY I'll ever be depositing to a place that has such poor customer service.

The majority of the players have not had any problems receiving this bonus.
I believe your particular case is just a series of unfortunate circumstances.
