When I registered, they said there were no promotions, but new promotions were coming soon...guess I was too late?

If you get this error, it usually means that you are "bonus banned" from Rival.

This is something that Rival does automatically and it's not something that each individual casino does manually.

I downloaded the casino and went to the cashier and there were no promotions. It say's "new promotions coming soon." So I went to live chat and told them I was from NDN and I had understood that there was a $15 ndb for new players and they instantly put it up in the promo section and I clicked it and in my account it was! : )

I think there is A glitch in their software. I have not got this messege from A new RIVAL casino in a long time. I am "bonus banned" from almost alll the older RIVAL casinos but the last ten or so that have opened gave me A second chance and I have been A good boy and not broke the rule "one account per ISP address"!

My stupid Sister opened identical accounts using my ISP before I told her to stop doing that. Although, I still cant see the logic in that rule. As long as both persons can prove they exist wth valid ID and other documents. I dont see why they care! It would be similar logic for A land based Casino to reqiuire everyone to bring their own car and not ride together!

Its more fun to gamble with someone else. If one of you runs out of money, then sometime the other one is doing well and able to float A small loan! lol

I will try going to live chat and see if they add the promo to my account as well. I will post my results. Its hard to say with me, since I am bonus banned at half and not at the other half!

Live chat told me I did not use your link! Of course, they are in error! I would never have know about this casino except thru this forum. I did not use your banner, but I clicked on the the other optional link in the initial post. The one I used says "Click here to visit Dendera Casino" Perhaps that link is not correctly coded with your afiliate info? Its more likely, they are alll screwed up! Anyway, I told the live chat person that I was going to post my chat at this forum:

Susan: However sometimes affiliates do offer bonuses to players that sign up through their site. These bonuses are only for players that signed up through that affiliate.
Susan: If you did not sign up through that affiliate your account is not eligible for the bonus.
Susan: If you would have came in through the site that is offering that bonus it would automatically be available for you to claim. And seeing that it is not there you probably did not come in through the right site.

Kurt : I did come thru the afiliate. That is how I knew this casino existed. Oh well, I will post my chat at that forum and let him deal with the problem

Well I contacted the live support and a lady gave me the bonus. So if you dont get your bonus, contact live support.

I am not going to contact support again. Susan from live support told me that I was not going to get one. Due to the fact that I did not register thru an affiliate link. I have installed every other (USA OK) RIVAL casino using affiliate links PROBLEM free! I know how to properly use a link provided from an affiliate to obtain promotions. Some are exclusively tied with an affiliate link! That reason is complete nonsense!

I think this particular RIVAL casino is not up to the task of error free management of A casino. Almost every other forum on the Web has A thread very similar to the one we have going here. Peoiple that have downloaded the casino thru A affiliates link but did not get the ND bonus. Then, just as in our thread, others were able to go thru live chat an successfully get it! Others, like myself, did not get it! Makes me wonder if they awarded it to accounts at random to introduce confusion in whatever problem they seem to be going thru!

Remember, the reason they gave me for not getting the bonus was, blamed on me! "It was my fault for not going thru an affiliate with the ND offer!"

Its either incompetent management or A motive. The motive may be the desire to reduce costs associated with affiliates! The reason used to deny many of us the ND bonus effectively divorces the affiliate from the account.

The $15 ND bonus some of us were denied, is trivial compared to affiliates lost commissions, effectively removed by assuming accounts in this fashion!

If you did not receive this bonus upon registration and you were not able to get the bonus from their live chat support, I would be happy to get this bonus credited for you if you would like it.

Please send me a private message with your casino details and I will have them credit the bonus.

This is a new casino and I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt on this for the time being.

Remember if your claiming free money at Rival casino's you can only claim one per hour. So if you claim $20.00 at one casino and then go to another to claim a different freebie you have to wait one hour before you can get it.

FYI: I deposit and play at probably ALL of the Rivals... this lil piece of crap wants to be ultra selective... that means if you have other Rival accounts at DIFFERENT Rivals, they will NOT let you play there any freebies... really? I got that 15. freebie recently and just about blew up because they did not allow the initial freebie to sign up, AND found another player this happened to.. person had actually deposited here and then took the freebie and won.. even though the rollover I believe was 100X !!! Their reply? He COULD NOT cash out because he had multiple Rival accounts... deposit all you want but no freebies? I dont think so! This is the only RIVAL I would give a "hello no" to!

I noticed that when I opened the casino early this morning it downloaded some updates and still said "New promotions are coming soon".

HOWEVER: When I clicked on CASAHIER, the $15 ND bonus was listed. I am refering to the same one RocketManAA last referred us to. I thought that was a little weird but it was there! Almost never even clicked on the cashier since it said that msg at the Home screen.

I have been getting Other RIVAL ND bonus. Many from Tropica and Vegas Regal. I also get them at many others when they less often give them out.

It just seems like something is fishy with this particular casino. It is the only RIVAL casino that I have ever felt this way about. Something is just not right with this one. Perhaps they have less compitant employees or A true software glitch that is projecting this image to me.

Whatever the reason, this is the ONLY rival casino that I would not make a deposit at. Whatever their problem is, makes me fell uneasy about getting A successful withdrawl. (Or atleast a hassle free withdrawl!)

But thanks RocketManAA for the upbeat post on my getting their bonus!

Tropica is going to be giving away 20. every day throughout December I think! I am partial to Vegas Regal. They give a lot of bonuses and they allow play on other games than slots. I like slots but sometimes I like to mix it up a bit

I played at Superior for some time now and also recommend it as well, however Vegas Regal and Tropica are really giving some great bonuses and freebies lately!
